A healthy lifestyle does not have to include many complex plans that do not align with your personal goals. When you collaborate with us, "Simplistic Strategies" will become your way of living. You will instantly take control of your health. We will be with you throughout the process and guide you on your journey.

 

Our team has developed “Simplistic Strategies” to educate you on simple measures that can lead you to your healthy life. We will work with you to take an inventory of what you currently have on hand to use during your transition journey. You will be amazed at what you already have at your fingertips.

 

Once you have gathered your helpful goods, the fun will begin.

 

We will fill your first session with goal setting and strategy development.

Subsequent sessions will include goal follow-up/realignment and ongoing strategy building. These components are yours. We encourage you to use these strategies throughout your journey and in the years to come.

Your Session Options: 

Simplistic Strategies Prime:

12 sessions offering you endless rewards while meeting your healthy lifestyle goals. This package features 12 weeks with weekly calls, goal setting and strategy sharing.

Weekly 1 hour zoom calls

Week 1: Goal setting and strategy sharing 

Week 2-5: Goal follow-up and continued strategy sharing

Week 6: Midway evaluation, goal follow up, continued strategy sharing

Week 7-11: Goal follow-up and continued strategy sharing

Week 12: End of session evaluation and continue strategy sharing

6 sessions, offering great benefits while meeting your healthy lifestyle goals. This package is compact featuring 6 weeks, weekly calls, goal setting and strategy sharing. 

6 weeks

Weekly 1 hour zoom calls

Week 1: Goal setting and strategy sharing 

Week 2: Goal follow-up and continued strategy sharing

Week 3: Midway evaluation, goal follow up, continued strategy sharing

Personal Training

An important part of a healthy lifestyle includes keeping your heart, lungs, and muscles strong. You deserve a unique program that suits your needs.

Personal training with Quisti Creatives provides you with the individual attention you are seeking.

Each session aligns with your health and fitness goals. Incorporating activities/exercises that will enhance your daily functioning is an important part of our program planning.

Sessions can include body weight movements, exercise bands, suspension training, or free weights (hand held or wrist/ankle). You determine which type of equipment meets your needs.

Quisti Creatives offers personal training sessions either 1:1 or small groups up to 4 participants. In-person sessions are preferred for maximal benefit. Zoom sessions are available after meeting with a trainer. 

Prior to taking part in physical activity, you will need to verify medical clearance.

Training Sessions: 

Training sessions are at your home as we currently do not have a gym.

30 minute training in person

Online sessions will be considered after meeting with trainer

Prior to first session:

Goal setting

Fitness evaluation/medical clearance

Client:Trainer expectation agreement

Prior to each session:

3-5 minute client warm up (on own)

Each session:

25 minute strength training

5 minute cool down/stretch

60 minute training in person
